Shipping is charged at £4 for all orders to mainland UK. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery although we try to get orders shipped as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY SHIP TO CUSTOMERS WITH IN THE UK. If an order is placed from out side the UK, Shiner will automatically cancel the order and wipe any card details received from their records.

If an item is not available or out of stock the order will not be processed and we will contact the customer asap. Shiner Distribution uses Parcel Force for most shipping.

If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. In this case please complete the form accompanying your order and enclose it with the returned goods.

Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us via the Post Office. As soon as we receive the goods we will endeavour to process your request, for either a refund or replacement, as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a few days so we would be grateful if you could bear with us. We will let you know as soon as any refund has been processed.

Any goods returned which are in used condition will only have a refund if they have a manufacturing defect.
