Is this site safe?
Yes it is, we take security seriously, your credit card information is not stored anywhere in our systems and our ordering is done on a secure(ssl) connection.

Can you ship to such and such a country ?
We ship to the UK and all other European countries no problem. The only other country we ship to is the USA but orders have to be over £70

Do you charge for shipping?
We charge £4 shipping to UK mainland orders. International orders the price varies, please email for a quote.

Do you do special orders?
Yes please contact dan@shiner.co.uk and we will see what we can do.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?
We ship most orders the following working day from receiving the order. Shipping times are as follows: UK 1 day, Europe 2-3 days, USA 2-3 days. If there are any delays your order should reach you within 7 days.

Can I buy in Euros or Dollars currency?
Not at the moment, all our prices are in UK Pounds, if you order by credit card you will be charged at the current exchange rate for your currency by your credit card company.

If my package is late can I track it?
Yes you can, if you send us an email to dan@shiner.co.uk he can give you a tracking number or chase up your order for you, you can also phone to chase up your order on 0117 955 6035 from the uk or 0044 117 955 6035 internationally.

What happens if you are out of stock of what i order?
Usually everything available on the site is in stock, if the item is out of stock we will contact you and your card will not be charged.

What happens if the product doesn't fit me?
If you return the item to us we will send out a replacement item in the right size.

What happens if the item arrives damaged?
Phone or email us and we can arrange for a replacement.

Is there a warranty on stuff?
Most manufacturers offer a warranty against manufacturing defects only.

Do you have a colour catalogue?
No we don't

What do you do with the information you collect from me?
Nothing except use it to ship your order. Your name or email is not added to any mailing lists or anything shady like that as we also hate spam!!

Can I have some stickers?
We don't have any free stickers unfortunately.

What cards do you accept?
Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, American express etc

I am 8 and 1/2 and i don't own a credit card?
Ask you mother to use hers very nicely!!

You sell your shoes in UK sizes but I only know US sizes?
For US sizes you need to go up a size i.e. UK10 is a US11
